Referenced drawings and pictures can be found at: http://heron.nrl.navy.mil/contracts/rfp/07tb05.htm Q-1. Will the existing equipment/cableing (positioner and cabeling under floors) be removed? If not, how will we determine quiet zone performance. A-1. No, the measurements will need to be done around existing equipment. Q-2. Will NRL provide escorts (Within the building)? A-2. Yes Q-3. Currently the door is operational. Q-6. A-1 answers previous questions - Transmit horn located center off wall. (How far off center home is for antenna?) A-6. (Are these limits of the transmit antenna? How far the antenna travels? A-7. During the site visit the travel path of the horn was available for inspection. Q-8. What lowest frequency of concern of the antenna located on the carraige? A-8. Per the NRL specification paragraph 1.3, (Frequency Coverage is 1-94 GHz (optimal 4-36 GHz)). The lowest frequency would be 1GHz. Q-9. How much storage can we utilize? A-9. 20 ft. X 10 ft. will be clear in the work area prior to work effort. Q-10. How close to work area can we store material, trailer and dumpster? A-10. 250 ft. Q-11. Please provide list of approved trash disposal. A-11 ETW, Llc. 9304 Darcy Road., Upper Marlboro, MD Q-12. If design dictates the relocation of existing electrical panel, (If they cannot have them there to achieve requested attenuation) is this acceptable? A-14. No Q-15. Is the intent for the facility to duplicate an existing facility? A-15 No. Facility has a unique function. Q- 16. If so, can we get a copy of that report? A- 16. N/A Q-17.
