- NSN 6K-8145-012225125-LU, TDP VER 007, REF NR 420E001, QTY 17 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. First Article Testing is required for this procurement. A cost factor of $12,000 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offers for whom the government will require such testing. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business. Drawing/technical data package is available through the NECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with a direct link to FedTeds for the drawing/technical data package. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base. All offerors must also be registered in ORCA. Offerors must check the on-line application at http://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx. All offerors are notified that a reverse auction will be conducted in response to the solicitation.
