- Services of a Qualified Marine Contractor to perform steel repairs on the Starboard Lifeboat Deck Overhead. Contractor must provide all labor, materials and equipment. Contractors must be ABS/US Coast Guard Approved. Services will be performed while the USNS GUADALUPE is located in Pearl Harbor, HI at the Naval Station. The period of performance for this requirement is to start 28 July 2007 and end 17 August 2007. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted.
