PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND PROJECT DETAILS BEFORE CALLING FOR INFORMATION. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about Monday, July 23, 2007. This solicitation is for Trash Collection and Recycling Services at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA for a base year and four option years. Provide one 30 cubic yard open top container with weekly pickup for trash collection; provide one 30 cubic yard closed lid three sort container for recycling services with bi-weekly pickup; and provide one 30 cubic yard open top container for yard waste four times per year. Trash and recycling pickups shall be on Wednesdays or Thursdays between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. NAICS code 562111, $11.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
