- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, is soliciting quotations for Rental of Equipment with Operator requirements. The work to be accomplished includes the rental of two tractors and two scrapers with experienced operators to remove earthen material from borrow areas adjacent the work sites and place on existing water control dikes. This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 238910, with a small business size standard of $13.0 million. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages will be available approximately July 20, 2007, with quotes due on or about August 6, 2007.
