- The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA shall award a sole source contract in the a mount of $27,088.00 to Medtronic Sofamor Danek, Memphis, TN for surgical implants. Product and vendor selection is based upon unique medical requirements identified by the surgeon for a surgical procedure to be performed at Madigan Army Medical Center, Ta coma, WA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
