- Description
- The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove all plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories and vinyl base in the bathrooms at the U.S, Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, North Springfield L ake, Stoughton Pond Recreation Area, Weathersfield, Vermont. Fiberglass reinforced plastic panels (FRP) will then be installed directly to the masonry walls. The same work will be done in the changehouses except there are no fixtures to remove. In addition , the existing painted concrete floors will be bead blasted and a seamless epoxy quartz aggregate floor including an integral 4 cove base will be installed. This new floor system shall provide a non slip semi-smooth floor of 1/8 to ? thickness. The estim ated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and 100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 23 July 2007. Prospective contractors are required to self register their firms on the Internet to receive this solicitation. . Registration instr uctions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information o n the registration list. This procurement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 238390 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
