- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Stadium Cushions, 14 in. x 14 in, vinyl, with imprinted logo, 5,000 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with a dditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912L1-07-T-5024 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) whic h incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 14, effective as of 07/05/07. This is a total small business set-aside acquisition with an associated NAICS of 424990, small business size standard of 100 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Description of stadium cushions is as follows: VINYL SEAT CUSHION, 14 X 14 ; MINIMUM OF 10 MIL VINYL MATERIAL; 5,000 each, BUILT-IN TOTE HANDLE; MINIMUM TWO (2) INCH FOAM PADDING; INCLUDE IMPRINT OF TEXAS LOGO.
