- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Department of the Army, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1, Human Resources Policy Directorate, and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other t han full and open competition- sole source basis to LivingWorks Education INC. The Government intends to purchase 5,000 Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Kits for Army Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) civilians, and their family mem bers. The proposed period of performance is one year from date of contract award. This notice is valid until July 16, 2007 and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. REQUIREMENTS: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Kits Qty: (5000) There is NO solicitation document. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotes.
