- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for repair of Klystron Tubes, L-3035, NSN 5960-00-061-0487. The North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) Code is 811219. These services are only known to be available from Litton Systems, Electron Devices Division, because proprietary data or the Government's lack of technical data, plans, drawings, specifications, or other documentation required for full and open competition is not available. Other concerns having the ability to furnish the above property/services are requested to give written notification (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact) to the market survey file #59-61154, by 2:00 p.m. CST on July 20, 2007. Written notification shall be provided electronically to Connie Houpt at connie.m.houpt@faa.gov. Responses should provide information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the Government's requirement. All responses to this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government. Any information received as a result of this announcement will not be provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
