- The Federal Aviation Administration, New England Region has a requirement for foundation work and the installation of a Govt. Furnished Engine Generator Shelter at the Boston Remote Transmitter Receiver, Taxiway C, Logan International Airport, Boston, MA. Work includes, but isn't limited to excavation, filling and Backfilling of Building and utility systems, paving, seeding and mulching, concrete form work, concrete reinforcement, and concrete finishing and sealing. *****CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THEY MEET MASSPORT'S BADGING REQUIREMENT***** The estimated price range for this procurement is $100,000 to $200,000. Performance and payment bonds will be required. A SITE VISIT AND PRE-OFFER CONFERENCE WILL BE CONDUCTED ON-SITE ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 11TH, 2007 AT 10:00AM. ALL PROSPECTIVE ATTENDEES MUST CONTACT MARIA CAULFIELD OF THEIR PLANNED ATTENDANCE BY 4:00 PM, MONDAY JULY 9TH AT 781-238-7856. THERE WILL BE AN INCENTIVE PAYMENT IN THE EVENT CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED AHEAD OF THE 35 DAY PERFORMANCE PERIOD.
