- Request for Information Notice Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command The intent of this notice is to provide additional information about the Guam Industry Forum to be held in Guam on 23-24 August 2007. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) posted an initial Request for Information (RFI) on 5 June 2007 soliciting information from all sources related to the potential design, construction, and logistics effort proposed in support of the relocation of Command, Air, Ground, and Logistics units of the III Marine Expeditionary Force from Okinawa, Japan to Guam. The facility location, registration procedures, and other forum information are now available at website www.guamindustryforum.com. The deadline for submitting questions and comments has been extended from 30 June 2007 to 15 July 2007.
