- This announcement constitutes notice of intent to award on an interim basis a 6-month firm fixed price order for Full Food Service to the incumbent contractor, Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, in support of the Fort Sam Hous ton Directorate of Logistics. The contract will begin on 1 August 2007. This is being conducted under FAR 6.302-5, AUTHORIZED or REQUIRED by STATUTE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in res ponse to this notice. This is a notice of intent to award a short-term interim order to the incumbent contractor until a competitive award is made.
