Description

RFP VA 263-07-RP-0046 FSC: 6515 The VA Medical Center, Minneapolis intends to acquire a replacement Hemodialysis Delivery System as outlined below. Offeror to provide, in a TURN-KEY INSTALLATION, dialysis machines, software and manuals in accordance with RFP VA263-07-RP-0046. The following system components are sought: Thirteen (13) each hemodialysis machines; One (1) each Software, Hypercare, Interface with VA owned electronic medical record (CPRS); One (1) Set Operator's Manuals; and, One (1) Set Service Manuals. See solicitation documents for Specifications and detailed requirements. NAICS 339112, 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Government. Proposals must be complete and provide all information sought in the solicitation documents. Failure to provide full information may cause proposals to be down-rated in the evaluation process. Solicitation documents are available NLT July 6, 2007 and can be downloaded at www.fbo.gov. Offers due Monday, August 6, 2007 at 4:30 CT. Proposals will be sent (or delivered) to arrive by the date and time due.
