All small businesses are encouraged to participate in this requirement. The government reserves the right to honor the 100% Small Business Set Aside decision. The closing date has been extended to 14 Mar 07 at 2:00 PM EST. No further questions will be entertained at this time. No phone calls will be accepted or returned.
