- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR-AD), Patuxentr River, Maryland has a requirement to procure services to maintain 3 each Liebert Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). This contract shall be a Full Service Maintenance Agreement, on-site preventive maintenance (minimum of twice yearly), 24/7 emergency service, to include all needed replacement parts, labor, and travel. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) numbered N00421-07-R-0036, which replaces N00421-07-R-0016 in its entirety. Responses are sought only from contractors who are authorized by Liebert Company to perform the maintenance service. Therefore, only responses from Liebert authorized companies will be considered. The anticipated period of performance of the contract is 1 April 2007 through 31 December 2011, renewable by the Government on a year-to year basis as specified in the RFP. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. All work must be done according to the Statement of Work. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP on the Naval Air Systems Command Website: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitation under solicitation N00421-07-R-0036. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government reserves right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to award. The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the lowest cost technically acceptable. All proposals must be for all items as stated, no substitute will be accepted and partial proposals will not be considered. Numbered Note 1. applies to this synopsis. Proposals shall be submitted electronically, via email to Helen Choo, helen.choo@navy.mil no later than 4:00 p.m., March 8, 2007. No further questions and answers will be accepted at this time.
