- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THE PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Colfax, Grant Parish, LA. Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and transportation to furnish and install an automatic gate operator on existing gate, furnish and install an exterior metal ladder, that complies with OSHA requirements, for roof access. Fill void under sidewalk with a high slump concrete mix and replace sidewalk. Furnish and install buoy storage catwalks and ladders. Repaint buoy rack railings. Furnish and install a prefabricated stair and landings for the Shop storage . Relocate security fence-line along the north perimeter and provide approx. 300 linear feet of new security chain link fence and one six foot wide swing gate. The estimated price range of the complete project is between $100,000 - $250,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $13.0 million. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
