- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Valdosta, GA The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,750 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 5,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) of space in Valdosta, GA, within the following delineated area: The City Limits of Valdosta, GA The proposed lease term is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere or 2) on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Preference is to occupy space on the second floor or higher. All space shall be contiguous. A minimum of ten (10) on-site parking spaces is required for Government vehicles, with the capability to provide one (1) additional space over the lease term. Enough additional parking must be provided on-site to meet current code requirements. Build-to-Suit construction will require a 20-foot setback from the building to the curb or other boundary. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
