The following reference is made to the 13 June 2007 announcement, reference USTDA number 0611025A. The Presolicitation Notice for the above-referenced project posted on June 13, 2007, is hereby amended to reflect the language requirements as stated in the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP). Accordingly, the Presolicitation Notice is hereby amended to delete the first sentence in the last paragraph of the Description Section of such Presolicitation Notice, and replace it with the following sentence: "Interested U.S. firms should submit their Proposal in English and French directly to the Grantee by 4:00pm, local time on July 30, 2007 at the above address." All other terms and conditions of the RFP, including the Response Date of July 30, 2007, remain the same.
