- Description
- The OCC project requires services to plan, implement, document, submit, monitor, and maintain production control workflows and to serve as the subject matter experts for the methods and tools used to enable the production control function. Services are also required to maintain the library of production control jobs. ITS supports the portfolios of two PMOs. Currently, the production control function supports the portfolio of one program management office the Operations PMO. The existing baseline of workflows and documentation represents part of the Operations PMO portfolio. It is anticipated that the production control function will expand to encompass additional items in the Operations PMO portfolio and the entire portfolio of the second PMO, the Supervisions PMO. As new workflows are added, the Contractor shall a) plan the workflows and write Control-M batch processes and other pertinent scripts to implement the defined workflows; b) develop an Operations Manuals for new workflows; and c) assume responsibility for executing and monitoring the new workflows. It is estimated that twenty (20) workflows will be added each year.
