- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, Virginia 22134 - Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract M67854-0&-P-4246 to Norman Inc., 9302 Lee Highway, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. This acquisition will be accomplished using FAR Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. Items specific to this requirement are for Norman Software Analyzer Pro, Version 1.03. This software will be licensesed to the United States Marine Corps MCNOSC Office, Quantico, Virginia.
