- TITLE: JOINT RANGE EXTENSION (JRE) HELP DESK UPGRADES/SUPPORT SOL: N66001-07-Q-4009 DUE: 11 JUL 2007 SET ASIDE: N/A NAICS: 541513 AGENCY: 53560 HULL STREET BLDG A33 RM 1602W, SAN DIEGO, CA 92152-5001 POC: RHEA FELDMAN 215-214-8014 DESCRIPTION: This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy' RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to L3 Communications, Titan Group, Engineering Service Dept. for annual helpdesk support for six Joint Range Extension (JRE) systems currently used in the System Integration Facility (SIF) for the Ballistic Missile Defense, Joint Translator Forwarder (JXF) and Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) Programs. Support primarily covers annual software baseline updates released by TITAN L-3, including: software trouble report fixes, over-the-phone fault isolation support, Return Material Authorization (RMA) Assistance for JRE hardware repairs required, and 7/24 technical support from JRE Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
