- This requirement is for the procurement of 54 various configuration of the Gate Valves manufactured IAW NAVSEA drawings 803-2177917 Rev H & Rev J. and NAVSEA 803-1385714 Rev W. The resultant award will be a firm fixed price IDIQ contract for One (1) Base Year and Four (4) Option Years. This requirement is part of the Hull, Mechanical, & Electrical (HM&E) Program. It will allow for DOD activities and Commercial Shipbuilders under Navy Construction and Maintanence Contracts to order from the resultant contract. Proposal evaluations will include Best Value Factors of Past Performance (quality and Delivery) and Price. Portions of the requirement have been set-aside for HUBZone Businesses and Small Businesses. Other portions are Unrestricted. This solicitation is a consolidation of solicitations N0010407RC007, N0010407RC008, and N0010407RC009 which were synopsized on 5/16/2007.
