- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Detachment, 800 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach, CA, intends to solicit for full food services at the Dining Facility at Naval Air Stations (NAS) Fallon, NV. It is anticipated that the solicitation resulting from this announcement will be available to interested parties on or about 18 July 2007 on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web site http://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of interested parties to frequently monitor this web site for updates and amendments to the solicitation. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Technical and price proposals will be required. The projected contract start date is 1 Oct 2007 for the base year with four (4) one year options, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government, potentially extending services through 30 Sept 2012. This acquisition will be conducted as an unrestricted requirement under the North American Industry Classification System (NA ICS) 722310, Food Service Contractors, with the additional stipulation that the solicitation allows for participation of the State Licensing Agency (SLA) pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act. The small business size standard corresponding to NAICS 722310 is $15 Million, which is provided FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
