- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following Purvis System switch modules on a Sole Source basis manufactured by Purvis Systems Incorporated, 1272 West Main Road, Middletown, Rhode Island 02842. Item No. 1, qty 10, Part No. 220-160000-409, 2 Port Switch Module Power/Analog with M81511 connectors P2 to P1 Keying; Item No. 2, qty 4, Part No. 220-360000-409, 2 Common Module; Item No. 3, qty 3, Part No. 220-260000-409, 1 Port/1 Common Module; Item No. 4, qty 6, Part No. 220-050000-109, Male to Female I Block. This is a sole source procurement because only the specified items will satisfy the Government?s requirements. Purvis Systems Incorporated is the exclusive manufacturer. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. All required items must be new or warranted like new. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 pm ET on 6 July 2007. The anticipated award date is 16 July 2007. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be no later than 30 days after award date. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE.
