- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to Delivery Order 0029 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Company (SAC), 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 on a sole source basis to add two Option Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) and to increase Option quantities from 488 to 612. SAC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the United States Marine Corps and Navy Heavy Lift Helicopter and the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and proprietary technical data required to successfully perform these tasks.
