- REQUEST-FOR-QUOTATION (RFQ) The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Rocky Mountain Region is currently seeking potential contractors for a firm-fixed price purchase order for remodeling and alteration of various BIA Law Enforcement Vehicles in Washington, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming. REQUIREMENT: A. Various SUV, Patrol Cars and installation of various packages (See Bid Schedule). B. Delivery shall be Freight-On-Board (FOB) to the Spokane Indian Reservation in Spokane, Washington, Blackfeet Indian Reservation, Browning, Montana; Wind River Indian Reservation, Fort Washakie, Wyoming, Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana; Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, Lame Deer, Montana and Aberdeen Law Enforcement in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The Cobell Litigation prohibits the BIA from Internet Access or disbursing information electronically. Prior to Award of a contract, vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and be registered with Dun and Bradstreet at http://www.dnb.com. MAILING AND CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATIONS: Due date is 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 26, 2007. Solicitation packages are ready to be mailed to the attention of Jay Windy Boy, Contract Specialist. This is a Simplified Acquisition requirement; the estimated procurement range for the requirement is under $100,000. This requirement is reserved for all small business concerns. Award will be made to the contractor whose subsequent quotation is the most cost-effective and advantageous to the Government in terms of cost.
