Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. W91YTZ-07-R-0129 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOU T 3 Jul 2007 and proposals will be due on 11 July 2007 @ 1155 EST. The Government requirement is for personel Organ Transplant services for the Department of Surgery, Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC S) code for this procurement is 621111 with a si ze standard not to exceed $9,000,000. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation. All interest ed parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 3 July 2007 on Army Singl e Face to Industry (AFSI) at the following Web Link https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204- 7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be register in the Central Contractor Registration (C CR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is a unrestricted. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award for a period of one base year with a four (4) options.
