- Reference Numbered Note 23 This is a second amendment to solicitation W31P4Q-07-T-0427. This amendment is to clarify the number of units per model type. There are three (3) units of Model SYS-115-1611-11, one (1) unit of Model SYS-115-1313-10, and one (1) unit of Model SYS-120-121 4-11. Also, this amendment is issued to further clarify the evaluation criteria for this requirement as follows: Technical capability of the service offered to meet the Government requirement, scheduling, and price. This amendment also serves to provide a site visit for any interested potential bidders. Potential bidders interested in obtaining a site visit should notify the POC for this effort no later than COB Wednesday, 11 July 2007. As such, the response date for this action is COB Wednesday, 11 Jul y 2007. The point of contact for this effort is Ms. Elaine Cameron, elaine.cameron@conus.army.mil.
