- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request number F6THCC7137A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 13 Jul 2007, 11:45 AM (local time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Washington Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001: Plantronics H261N (or equivalent) with noise cancelling binaural earpieces, boom mike, with noise cancelling technology utilizing existing Plantronics SHX 1890-1508-05 push-to-talk plug prong adapters. Headsets will be adjustable, of lightweight design, have foam cushion earpieces, and have an adjustable/bendable locking microphone boom. 55 ea. $__________. CLIN 0002: Plantronics H251N (or equivalent) with noise cancelling monau ral earpieces, boom mike, with noise cancelling technology utilizing existing Plantronics SHX 1890-1508-05 push-to-talk plug prong adapters. Headsets will be adjustable, of lightweight design, have foam cushion earpieces, and have an adjustable/bendable lo cking microphone boom. 125 ea. $___________. The offeror must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR).
