- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief Public Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements with SyColeman 241 18th Street South, Suite 403, Arlington, Virginia 22202. This action will result in a bridge purchase order for the period of performance of 3-months, with 3 one month option periods . Determination was made to issue this order as a result of unexpected changes required in the previous contract DASW01-03-F-0286. SyColeman is the only contractor who can continue the support without major set backs. The primary effort of the contract is to provide technical and analytical support services for the Army website. Tasks performed on this requirement fall within one of two categories: 1 Software Development, Evaluation, Assessment, Integration, Maintenance and Sustainment 2 Communica tions Support Services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received NLT 12 July 2007, 12:00 pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this propos ed action based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided.
