- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format contained FAR Subpart 12.6. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes shall refer ence Request for Quotes (RFQ) number W911RZ-07-T-0035. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-08. It is the Contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provis ions. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423390 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotes shall include pricing CLIN 0001Rock decorative, Rocky Mountain Red 1 ? 1000 Dry Tons, CLIN 0002 Geotextile, Woven, 6.0 Ounce per square yard weight, Grab strength 200 to 300 Pounds, Polypropylene Woven SPH Film, ASTM-D-1682.
