- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of four (4) each p/n Part Number: 06-04008. Description: 8700-60 Ultrasonic Atomizing Nozzle, Conical Tip. Specif ications: Nozzle #Q060-2-26-17-463-100 Liquid in Contact with Titanium (Ti-6A1-4V) and 316 Stainless Steel; Flow rate 102 ml/min (1.7 gph) max with water at room temperature. Median drop diameter 31 microns based on water. Four (4) each, p/n: Part Numb er: 06-01089. Description: Generator to Nozzle Cable (24 ft.). Four (4) Part Number: 06-05108. Description: Broad Band Ultrasonic Generator, Free Standing Unit, 110 to 240 VAC input. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis wi th Sono-Tek Corporation 2012 Route 9W Milton, NY 12547. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, servicecs and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, servic es and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governm ents requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0072. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Regristration (CCR).
