The government intends to issue a purchase order to purchase 1 each Topcon Powered Chair ? OC-2400, 1 each Slit Lamp ? 900BQ Haag-Streit, 1 each Topcon Opthalmic Stand ? IS-2000, Upholstery Color: BLUE. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?
