- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for Emergency Room Physician Services to be provided at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, 5500 E. Kellogg, Wichita, KS. Period of performance will be a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies. Solicitation attachments will be provided by request from the Contracting Officer.
