- FED BIZ OPPS PREP: PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ENTRY FORM Submission Date: 07/20/2007 Response Date: 08/20/2007 Classification: Z -CONSTRUCTION. Solicitation: Presolicitation Notice Subject: Modification to Pharmacy IV Room, at the VA Medical Center Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Description: Synopsis: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, & supervision necessary to construct a new Chemotherapy Pharmacy IV room on the 4th Floor Room 4445 including Chemotherapy Prep Hoods number 1 and number 2 as identified on the drawings and a new Pharmacy IV room on the 1st floor rooms 1225A through 1225F and all necessary support work and Intravenous Prep hoods identified on drawings as required by the drawings and specifications for Building 111. Work includes but not limited to: asbestos abatement of flooring materials, mastic, piping insulation, plaster, etc. Provide necessary demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, etc. Provide new HVAC systems, modifications to existing HVAC systems, power and lighting systems, pneumatic tube systems, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical power, data, and communication systems, etc. The areas shall be constructed to comply with the VA and USP 797 standards for Intravenous Solutions Preparation Rooms. Project Engineer is Jeff Dulka at (414) 384-2000, extension 41084. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is July 20, 2007. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. Award is subject to availablility of funds.
