Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform project number 668-05-116 "2nd Floor South, Oncology Move" to include the work as detailed within the project specifications and drawings including site work, general construction, interior finishes, mechanical & electrical work, and certain other items. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 236220 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $250,000 - $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available after July 18, 2007.
