- Description
- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 13 with Gyrus Acmi. under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for a CW-USLS< CyberWand USL System Dual Ultrasonic Lithotriptor. The system shall include an advanced lithotripter that uses two different ultrasonic pulse rates to render staghorn caculi. Additionally, it shall have a CW0USL RBP Probes, a CW-USLT Transducer that is comptable with the CyberWand generator 4 cm, and a CW-USLFS foot switch that will connect to the generator, max 100 watts. . Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, July 16, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
