- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) Gulfport, MS., intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Electronic Sensor Technology, for a Mobile Ultra Fast GC, Remote Sampler kit with 3 sticks, 10 Disposable Helium Cylinders, Adapter and 1 filter for inlet or exhaust, and shipping fees, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, and U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be normally considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 333999.
