- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE REQUIRED Montrose, Colorado The Federal Government and General Services Administration Office and Related Space Required, Montrose, Colorado, has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,278 rentable square feet in close proximity to the Montrose Regional Airport for a lease term of five (5) years, three (3) years firm commencing January 21, 2008. The new facility will be situated in the area bounded within a five (5) mile radius from the Montrose Regional Airport. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
