- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. A formal solicitation has not yet been developed. The following information is requested to assist the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager, Marine Corps Enterprise IT in conducting market research of industry to identify potential sources that may respond to an upcoming solicitation combining requirements. See the attached document for additional information. Questions regarding this notice should be submitted to the isicontracts@usmc.mil by 12:00 EST on July 6, 2007. Vendor's must indicate in the subject line of the email "RFI/FIREWALL". It is potential offerors? responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopses or solicitations. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Marine Corps to procure these items, to pay for the information requested, or to award on the basis of this sources sought notice.
