- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Raytheon Company for 6 each CNRS Radio P/N RT-1922(C)/G; 8 each Battery P/N UBBL06; 6 each Battery Charger P/N CH0015; 8 each Tuff Duck Antenna P/N 6138314-1; 8 each Data/Power Cable; 2 each Crypto Load Cable and 6 each Bel Carra License. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received by July 09, 2007, 12:00pm Pacific time (7 days).
