- The following are changes to the requirements and answers to questions that have been asked on this solicitation. CLIN 0001, remove the Henderson, TN armory from the solicitation. CLIN 0001, add two additional monitoring stations to the Memphis, TN armory. All installations shall be ADA compliant. Question: Is a bid bond required? Answer: No. Question: Are these systems stand-alone or connected to a LAN network? Answer: Stand-alone. Question: If required, who is to provide an interface wi th existing fire alarm systems for control of the magnetic locks? Answer: Interface is not required. Question: Will a dedicated and secure space be provided within the facility for the control panels? Answer: Yes. Question: Who is responsible for 1 20VAC power for the system power supplies? Answer: Power will be provided by the Government. Question: Will the cabling plant(s) require return air-plenum or non-return air plenum cabling? Answer: Provide as applicable per code. Question: Will loca tions allow open wiring or will conduit be required? Answer: Open wiring will be allowed above dropped ceilings, Conduit where exposed. Question: Can we invoice after each armory completion? Answer: Yes. Question: What are the payment terms? Answe r: Net 30. Question: Will system training and system acceptance be performed immediately after completion of the individual system or will additional trips be required to the sites for training and acceptance? Immediately after acceptance of the system with at least a weeks notice of completion. The proposal due date and time remain unchanged.
