- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2FT157155A001Sink and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070531, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0531. This solicitation will be issued 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 334513. The small business size is 500 employees.
