Description
The United States Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division is seeking sources to provide comprehensive training services for the DYNALCO Diesel-Trap 9260 Systems. The Training will specifically cover the use of the equipment to perform diesel engine signature Analysis of New Sulzer Diesel 12ZAV40S engines installed on board the USCGC Healy (WAGB-20). The training will include equipment familiarization, data collection targeted specifically at the New Sulzer Diesel 12ZAV40S engines. The Coast Guard will provide technical data for the Sulzer Diesel 12ZAV40S engines. Interested sources must provide a capability statement by COB July 16, 2007. The capability statement shall sufficiently demonstrate qualifications, capabilities, and previous experience relevant to fulfilling this requirement. Capability statement should demonstrate previous experience in the use of DYNALCO equipment to perform analysis of New Sulzer Diesel Engines, also include evidence that the company is fully qualified to utilize and train technical personnel on the DYNALCO Diesel-Trap 9260 Systems as applied to marine applications. Additionally, also demonstrate knowledge of Coast Guard maintenance procedures. The Coast Guard requires the training support to begin on or about 6 August 2007. The services shall be performed in a class room setting and on-board the USCGC HEALY (WAGB-20) at the ship?s homeport in Seattle, WA. This requirement will be approximately 5 working days and fulfilled by a purchase order.
