- The Food and Drug Administration(FDA) intends to award a purchase order on a non-competitive sole source basis to MALVERN INSTRUMENTS INC., 10 Southville Road, Southborough, MA, 01772. Malvern Instruments Zetasizer ZS is the only Dynamic Light Scattering instruments that utilizes back-scatter optical particle size measurements combined with zeta potential measurements combined with zeta potential measurements in a single instruments. Part #ZEN3600 Zetasizer Nano-Zs, Part#CPH2060US DELL Mini Tower PC, Part#CPP2040 Inkjet Colour Printer, Part#DTS0112 12mm square low volumne cuvettes, Part# ZEN2112 Low-volume quartz batch cuvette, Part# VIS5001 SV-10 Viscometer Package and Part#ZEN1001 MPT-2 Multi-purpose titrator. This is not a request for quotes: however, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
