- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a purchase order on a non-competitive sole source basis to RJM SALES, INC., PO BOX 428, Scotch Plains, NJ, 07076. RJM Sales Inc shall provide Part # 40006 Casy Cell Counter+Analyzer System Model TT, Power: 120/240 VAC, Switch Selectable, Display: Graphic LCD, Internal Memory: None, Data Export: ASCII via RS232 and parallel, Measurement Range: 0.7 to 120 um, capillary dependent, Measurement Resolution: 1 in 512,000, Displayed Size Channels: 400, Includes one of the capillaries at no charge, start up training assistance & User training, and Part # 43004 Casy Working Set. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on respsonse(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
