- Southwestern Power Administration anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and two option years for the aerial inspection of the Southwestern's transmission lines. This is combined synposis/solicitation for the following services: (Base Period): Period of Performance: Date of Award through 08/01/2008 Aerial Inspection of Transmission Lines for October/November, 2007, in accordance with the attached Specification/Statement of Work. Aerial Inspection of Transmission Lines for April/May, 2008, in accordance with the attached Specification/Statement of Work. Emergency Flight Time in case of nautral disater ___________________________________________ (Option Period 1): Period of Performance: 07/31/2008 through 08/1/2009 Aerial Inspection of Transmission Lines for October/November, 2008, in accordance with the attached Specification/Statement of Work Aerial Inspection of Transmission Lines for April/May, 2009, in accordance with the attached Specification/Statement of Work.
