- Description
- The service consists of the contractor taking raw gravity and bathymetry measurements from the Healy and employing software they have designed for marine applications, process all the measurements using specifically designed filtering and reduction techniques to produce an optimal gravity and bathymetry set over this Healy Artic Ocean Area. Along with this service, a final report detailing all the modeling and analysis involved in reducing the Healy data will be provided. A final report to be delivered by 30 July 2008. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b); University of Alaska Systems, 903 Kuyukuk Dr, Fairbanks, AK. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. However, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 1.
