- FISC Jacksonville is announcing its intent to issue a sole source procurement to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number / RFQ N68836-07-T-0128 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 and DFAR Change Notices effective through 5/31/07. The standard industrial code is 4610 (NAICS 333319) and the business size standard is 500 employees. The agency need is for chlorination units and de-chlorination units. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The item description is as follows: (1) 2 each chlorination units, Part number AN/TSO-218-01 with added selector switch to the front panel of the electrical enclosure to allow operator to select continuous ?24/7? operation or the normal timed operation and a fleeting-off relay to protect the pump from running dry ?24/7? operation. This circuit will also be operational from the ?timed? Operation as well. (2) 2 each de-chlorination Units, Part number AN/PSQ-11 (V). Delivery: within 12 weeks for chlorination units and within 18 weeks for de-chlorination units.
